Remote Tank Level Monitoring: How it works?
Remote tank level monitoring allows businesses to see tank levels in real time without needing to physically visit the site.

A level sensor installed on the tank continuously measures the amount of liquid stored. This information is sent to a local AimLogix controller, which collects the data and transmits it securely through 4G, LoRaWAN, Ethernet or another suitable communication method.
The data is then displayed on a cloud dashboard where users can view current tank level, percentage full, historical trends and usage patterns from almost anywhere.
Automated alerts can also be configured for important conditions such as:
High or low tank levels
Rapid changes in level
Possible leaks
Refill requirements
Pump operation or failure
Sensor faults
For more advanced applications, tank monitoring can also be integrated with pumps and other equipment so that systems can automatically start, stop or respond when predefined level conditions are reached.
Better Visibility, Less Manual Checking
Remote tank level monitoring helps reduce site visits, prevent overflows and dry tanks, improve stock and water management, and provide a reliable historical record of tank performance.
AimLogix can design tailored remote monitoring solutions to measure, record, alert and control tanks and associated equipment from virtually anywhere.
